The hotel was excellent modern, with marvellous location on the hill. We loved rooms on level 12. A big balcony, a living area, and a lounge turned out to be good. Location: the venue was adjacent to all the city attractions and easy transport, drop off, parking and the main train station

We recently enjoyed a romantic getaway and were pleased with the amenities offered. The clothes washing facilities were especially useful and saved us money on laundry. We also appreciated the large balcony with a view of the city and the various kitchen-ware provided. The location of the hotel was superb, situated within walking distance of the central station and Queen Street Mall. the size of the unit was impressive and provided ample space for our stay.
We did notice some areas of improvement needed. There were some maintenance issues, including missing light bulbs and doors that wouldn't close properly.

The hotel is near the rail station which was very convenient and handy for travelers. the location is perfect to explore the city and attend events at Suncorp Stadium. the spacious rooms come with large bathrooms and modern amenities like private speakers and rooftop seating area. the staff is friendly and professional, providing complimentary newspapers every morning. A well-rounded breakfast is offered to start the day right. the property is a great find for families and groups of friends who like to have comfortable accommodations.
The check-in process can be tedious and lacking attention, leading to confusion and frustration at times.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a great time! Really enjoyed the two complementary breakfast vouchers, it was a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants. the room was fantastic, spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony!
The shower was a bit tricky to navigate due to the design, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. the pillows were not very comfortable, but that's just personal preference.
